Flames and Fury Will Be A Bonfire Of Surprises

I am so grateful for the support my readers have shown for the first two books in the Valiente Series. Courage and Consequences and Tattoos and Temptations have been a blessing, and I am always interested and excited to read your thoughts and ideas about the characters and some of the storylines.  I truly appreciate the feedback.

Courage and Consequences introduced you to Chente Jimenez and his personal journey for love and acceptance.  Readers get to see Chente navigate his way past his personal insecurities and cyberbullying to boldly embrace his true self.  Readers also get a glimpse of the Jimenez family dynamics and Chente’s fun and fiercely loyal high school friends.

Tattoos and Temptations take the readers and Chente outside of the Avalon city limits to the mountains of New Mexico for a little taste of the supernatural and a hint of danger.  An ESPN reporter arrives at Avalon High School to shoot a documentary on homophobia in the locker room, placing the spotlight back onto Chente and making him a target for a hate group.

I believe the first two books do a good job of interlinking the main storylines and laying the foundation for the final book of Part One of the Valiente Series.   Gradually, the Jimenez siblings recognize the power of unity, Coach Doss reflects on married life, and Chente inadvertently becomes a fearless beacon for love and acceptance.

Flames and Fury will be released later this month, and I am excited about the culmination of many of the storylines. I think the readers will appreciate the different surprises throughout the book and the final pay-off will be mind-blowing.  Flames and Fury will be laced with unbridled romance, fiery danger, and dauntless courage.  Here is a peak…
